Chamber Event: Lunch & Learn Noon to 1:30 p.m.

    Location: TBA

Speaker: Diana M. Gáler, Ph.D, PCC, MP-ELI, Owner, Galer Coaching

Topic: Confidence – The Secret Sauce and How to Get it, Keep it and Leverage it.

Do you know what the difference is between wanting to do something and doing it? Confidence is not just skills or opportunities. It is the main difference between going after what you want and inaction.

Confidence is the secret sauce entrepreneurs need to attempt to achieve. Many people do not trust themselves and their abilities and have developed powerful habits that stop them from even dreaming.   Confidence is the willingness to put oneself out there, even when there is risk of failure.

In this workshop, you will learn about:

    • A model of how we can build confidence, overcome habits and learning that saps
    • Begin to identify the habits that sap our confidence
    • The research-based strategies to “fake it till you become it”
    • Create an action plan to overcome the negative habits and build confidence
