"Work at the Computer Without Pain”

During this global pandemic, many more people are working from home, spending hours on their computers, and in office setups that do not support good posture and body mechanics. The result is pain in the neck, shoulders and back.
We will discuss the elements of posture and how to really use your “core” while sitting. Participants will learn exercises to release already built up tension and how to set up their work environments to support healthy posture.
Attendees should be in their current workspaces during this presentation, wearing comfortable clothes and have a small area to stand to practice an exercise.
