Mark Brinn is the Regional Director of Outpatient Services at Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation in West
Orange. A physical therapist by background, he oversees all outpatient therapy programs, including
physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech language pathology, wheelchair services, cognitive
rehabilitation, neuropsychology and driver rehabilitation at both the Kessler Saddle Brook and West

As a managing stakeholder, Jaina Lally oversees client experience, internal and external education and training, and strategic partnership development for The Robinson Agency, an independent insurance franchise partnered with the national brokerage Goosehead Insurance.
Jaina was born in West Orange and after a 10 year stint on the west coast, the birth of her child brought her back to the Garden State where she settled in the flourishing community of Maplewood.

Paul M. Petigrow is an attorney at law of the State of New Jersey, concentrating on corporate law; including the formation and organization of different types of entities; commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, sales and purchases of businesses and commercial loans; commercial real estate law including buying, selling, leasing and financing transactions; and tax law, both corporate and individual.

Roger Schneider completed two consecutive terms as President of the Board of the West Orange Chamber of Commerce, as of December 31, 2002. He also served as Past President of the Lions’ Club of West Orange (1998-1999) and is the current President (2018-2019); Treasurer of the Executive Board of the Main Street Development Corporation (nine years); also served as Treasurer of the Board of the Downtown West Orange Alliance since its inception; WOCC liaison to the West Orange Business Advisory Council, and continues to remain active in a variety of other civic and community activities.
Schneider is co-owner with his brother Gerald of Schneider Hardware, operated by their father Leon Schneider for 60 years, and founded by Isadore Schneider in 1923, and is the oldest continuously operated family retail business in West Orange.
He is a 1977 graduate of Fairleigh-Dickinson University in Madison. Prior to joining the family business in 1991, Schneider was a representative for 14 years with Magnetek, Inc., a Fortune 200 company. He is married to Sherrie Schneider, co-author of the New York Times bestseller The Rules.
February 1998 Schneider Hardware was the one of the first businesses selected as Business of the Month by the Town Council and in 2004 one of the first chosen as WOCC Business of the Year for actively participating in community volunteer services, with WOCC/the West Orange Downtown Revitalization efforts; charitable contributions to the school district and other activities and events.
